The intelligent management for composite information on automatization and catenary operation of traction sub-station has currently become a great hot spot and technical developing trend of railroad electric power system's automatization. In the field of railroad electrification and automatization, the composite automatization system of traction sub-station has been researched successfully and put into trial operation, and the repair according to condition of catenary has become an important means of ensuring the smooth and safety of power supply circuit. Although a lot of units have done many available work in the aspect of traction power supply information of power supply depot, their work jumping-off point and requirements are not consistent, the various management system of traction power supply information with its own characters, un-complete functions and more defects which arc difficult to be communicated and connected with each other and realize the share of information, thus can not satisfactory the requirements of ministry of railways for traction power supply operating information management.Therefore, carrying out the design and researches of PSMIS(power supply management information system) as to realize the modernization of various technical resources and operating data management of power supply depot as early as possible and to provide the accurate assistance information in time and the basis of making decision for managing decision makers aims at meeting the needs for realizing the scientific, normalized and standardized management of railroad power supply system and raising the management technique and levels of the railroad power supply system, as well as the needs for the modernized, automatized and information technique-based railroad transport management work of our country under the new situation in order to be suited to the forward-leaping development of the Chinese railroads.On the basis of analyzing the management system of electrified railroad, the thesis expounds the composing and main functions of PSMIS. The thesis has a further discussion about equipment coding in the bureau, section&site plant through researching interrelated trade standard and norms. Based on the analysis of working environment and local hardware, the distributed system structure ispresented and adopted for PSMIS. The thesis introduced Operation environment and development tools shortly, focusing on the design procedure and design flow chart of the modules. Finally, as an example, trial operation and system implementation of PSMIS arc validated by CHENGDU bureau.
