Hot-Exchange integrated lab includes three test-beds: radiator, hot-exchanger and middle-cold tester, which burden the tasks of hot-exchange components that are delivered by railway ministry product quantity supervise and check center, also do some committed inspection from some hot-exchanger producers. All the test beds are operated by hand and test equipments are so old that many test parameters such as amount of hearer and wind can't meet the inspection demand of big power engines, electric engine oil radiator and motor hot-exchange components. On the basis of this condition, this paper will come up with some measures to reconstruct test environment by realizing PID control of heater and parameter automatic self-adjustment. Research and design of Temperature control is very significant.Firstly, development background of hot-exchange component test-bed and research condition to heater control home and aboard are introduced simply, Then origin of the subject and central contents are also expatiated.Secondly, after the basis of analyzing objects and requests of test-bed reconstructing, concrete design scheme is come up with. According to the traits of heating single direction, big inertia, big lag of heater, math model can be got, and according to actual condition, many arithmetic of PID control parameters self-adjustment are analyzed and a lot of simulating experiments are made so as to decide which method is best fit for this reconstruct of test-bed. Then in the coming chapters combined with results of simulating on the heater, concrete realization process is discussed step bye step. This system mainly includes computer system and programmable controller system. Computer system is made up with RS485 communication network, which burdens the tasks of data sampling and data dealing and data communication. Furthermore, module demarcation, module channel configuration, module communication network and so on. The PLC system is centered on programmable logic controller, Which can perform the functions of controlling negative and positive wheeling of electromagnetism valve, start and stop of motors, flux data sampling, communication with data display terminals, controlling transducer, PID control to heater and parameters self-adjustment process.After installing, debugging, this system can run stably. Now every experiment improve a lot in aspects of automation and reduce labor intensity of operators.
