A great development has happened in the technology of AC voltage-stabilized source during many years. With the increasment of applying occasion such as large-scale power supply and family electric apparatus, it makes mechanic adjustment AC voltage-stabilized source become actively and usefully again. This kind of AC voltage-stabilized source had been in seventies. It is controlled by two methods, one is to use the contact of relay to change the tap of transformer, the other is to change the place of charcoal brush moving contact. It has the advantage of making simply, working stabilization, high power and good adaptive for load. At the same time, its disadvantage involves mechanic abrade, long reactive time, short work life and low anti-jamming. From the standpoint of technology, we should use a MCU without contact to replace servo motor, and use semiconductor device to realize the non-contact control of longen using life and shorten reactive time.To meet the need of developing power technology, my paper designs a novel non-contact high power AC compensated stabilizer. The main circuit of the regulation is an compensated transformer, which forms a feedback control network with a MCU and other elements to compose the AC regulator. It uses bi-directional triode thyristor as electronic swith and uses a MCU as controller. In this regulator system, a MCU controls bi-directional triode thyristor triggered and turn-off at zero-crossing to control different combination of secondary coil and realize AC voltage stabilization. So the output voltage from this kind of regulator is constant, undistorted and no harmonic radiation. A MCU adds intelligent fault processing to regulator.The unit has the features of wide voltage controlled range, fast respond speed, small distortion factor of sine wave in output, high intelligence, strong anti-interfrence ability and high power factor and efficiency. It can carry inductive and capative loads. It can achieve higher voltage stabilized accuracy and can meet common requirements.
