Hydraulic experimental bench is one of the absolutely necessary instrument of fluid system test. It is usually consisted of a lot of functions and can finish multiform tests of hydraulic components and systems. Its design target is usually to satisfy the requirement of component test. In this thesis, the valve control cylinder of experimental bench is studied by means of theory analysis, computer simulation and model test. Developing the computer data collecting and control software. Because of the essence of this control system is to complete servo cylinder test, we adopted many control strategies, and the design of digital controller of computer is the main research object.The paper is from a project of, the design and production of hydraulic experimental bench for Northeastern University, and the whole task of hardware design and software design have been finished. Several valve control systems application example are analyzed and compared, summarizing the fundamental character and performance criterion of valve control system, which provide the reference of the design and production of valve control cylinder experimental bench. Then we established the mathematic model and transfer function of servo valve and servo cylinder, build the simulation model according to the math model, and analyze the dynamic and static character of this system. In the end, we promote the control performance criterion following the control ruler of valve control system, design the PID controller, advance phase position correction, accelerating speed feedback correction and pressure feedback correction, etc. Our system is computer system, so we design the digital controller using analog design method.Valve control cylinder system is one section of the hydraulic experimental bench, which can also finish many other tests, such as the type approval test of hydraulic components and second control test. For accomplishing the dynamic test and approval test, the control software must have higher control ability and automatic function. During the developing of this software,we used a lot of new technology to Solve many key problems, and establishing the stability basement for the design of bench.Through the simulation results and the experimental results, the conclusion is that our control strategy is accomplished with very fast convergence of the control system, and its research achievements have higher conference value in the design and production of valve control system.
