The digital cylinder usuallyuse Ball screw to drive the valve core for the accurate position control. Using thedisplacement sensor precision feedback the hydraulic cylinder position. By changingthe pulse frequency and pulse number to change the movement speed anddisplacement of the hydraulic cylinder. To Realize high precision position control andspeed control. So it becomes more popular in modern industrial production equipment.By analyzing the structure and working principle of digital hydraulic cylinder inhome and abroad, after looking a large number of reference literatures. In this passagewe put forward a digital valve based on the theory of the slit. By means of digital valveof micro flow control to realize the digital cylinder feed control. Under the control ofPLC programme, the stepper motor receive digital pulse signal to drive moble digitalvalve. By changing the digital gap length of the valve core to control the flow. So as torealize the motion control of the hydraulic cylinder. Theresearch achievements of this paper is for the future of digital hydraulic cylinder andits control system research provides a reference basis.
