With the continuing rapid development of the national economy and scientific and technological progress, the highway asphalt pavement structure gets more increasingly wide application. Attendant problems are overload-driving, over speed-driving getting more and more worse, and the early injury of the asphalt pavement structure becoming more and more seriously.This paper adopt finite element analysis program ANSYS and the typical appropriate semi-rigid base asphalt concrete pavement structure was selected to establish as calculation model aim at the above problems, and simulate the actual situation processing the numerical model analysis.The analysis is based on mechanics response of the road structure, mainly considered the highway longitudinal grade, the automobile braking force and overload etc. ,these influence impacted on road structure. The results of the analysis show that the highway longitudinal grade had little influence on pavement performance. But the automobile braking force had destructive influence on it. The braking force emerged stress concentration at the front and back edge of tyre grounding location, which gives the asphalt pavement structure endure greater pressure and pull stress. Although the intensity of that not reach to the tensile strength and the compressive strength of the asphalt pavement ,which will not directly lead to the destruction of roads, but little damage to the road surface when cracks appeared, such stress state will be conducive to the rapid development of road early injury. So the section of highway frequently injuries lateral load especially in uphill, downhill of that of sections, the automobile braking force damages pavement performance seriously. Overload is another main influence factor injuring the pavement structure. It caused road deflection value has increased, which will greatly reduce the use of road performance and shorten the useful life of the road, and the bigger the overload, the greater the destructive power of the road structure. On the one hand, the increasing speed is conducive to the road structure of its the carrying capacity and deformation;on the other hand, increasing the impact of the dynamic response of road structure will let the structure in a disadvantaged state. But these influence not represent obviously, we can ignore them.In the basis of the foregoing analysis, the author collected large numbers of information about disease investigation of asphalt pavement ,tests and engineeringsuch as Xiangfan tests Road, Suinan Road, and compared these information with analysis results in this paper. Measured data better coincide with the results of this analysis.The author concluded in this analysis of several factors driving influence to the road structure mechanics response, and gives some resonable advice to the early injury phenomena of asphalt pavement. Finally, the author put forward the further work in this discussion based on the problems still exist in asphalt pavement.
