We bring forward the point that using both the advanced computer network management technology and C/S structure to realize the automatic control and the information's management of the wheels' repair working procedure, and achieves the report such as wheels' card automatically. Through the information alteration of the wheel's repair line, it will accomplish the transformation from manual work to automatic control, and also realize the system's information management.Wheel's repair is one of the most important works of the railway lorry's repair, its quality right influences the safety and character of the train. Both its repair working procedure control and information management are the emphases of the whole vehicles' repair technology management. But now in most vehicle depots, it has many problems such as dated control modes, data manual collection and poor management which can not meet the request of high efficient and safe production. So it has great practical meaning to study and design a project on the control system realization of the wheels' repair working procedure.The project adopts distributed system. The bottom control station is composed of repair data collection terminal, wheels counter, etc. which can accomplish data collection and process control. The middle operate station is composed of PC 104 which can accomplish data communication, man-machine conversation and management of the whole wheels' repair line. The data-base server used in workshop is composed of a PC which can realize the information management of diversified data, printing report, etc. Characterized with flexible structure expanding and high reliability, the system contains excellent property in current use and popularization.The system is being used in the wheels' repair line of Xiangfanbei vehicle depot. The function and capability of the system are accord with the locate request. The system not only works steadily and reliably, but also maintains easily. It lightens workers' workload, enhances work efficiency, reduces the mistakes probability of examine and repair leak, and obtains well effects in practice now.
