| The structure of mountain tunnel is a complex system. Because the most subsidiary system is in the state of being concealed, the quality testing of mountain tunnel is very difficult. In the article the development status quo of quality testing to mountain tunnel is introduced. Starting with the theory of quality and quality testing of mountain tunnel, and on the basis of analyzing the quality composition of mountain tunnel and the relevant testing measures, this article dished its opinion that geological radar is the most favorable testing measures for non-destructive test.In this article, on the basis of explaining physical concept relating with geological radar, and leading away the basis principal of geological radar and combining the structure feature of mountain tunnel, the physical model for tunnel non-destructive test is advanced, the method of data processing for radar documents is elaborated, and the explanatory model for structure imperfection such as depth of brick lining shortage, amount of reinforcing bar and steel frame shortage, empty, and non-dense and so on by many documents on tunnel engineering testing, through using the said principal and method, having succeed in non-destructive test on completed Xiedipo Dual-arc Tunnel and constructing Tongluoshan Tunnel, and summarize comparatively rip geological radar non-destructive test.In this article the finite element numerical modeling for imperfection of tunnel structure has engaged in as to study the mechanics characteristics of imperfection. Through contrasting the said modeling result with the result from the model test in Japan, having reached the law of the influence ofdifferent imperfection on internal force of tunnel structure, and afford principal proof to draw up the processing plan for imperfection.It's guidance meaning for realignment of tunnel engineering's imperfection to use the combining geological radar with finite element numerical modeling to test and evaluate the tunnel structural imperfection. Its prospect is very tract. |
