| With the rapid economic growth of China and in-depth development of the western region ,to develop, the western region transport has become a major national policy. As a result of the western mountain areas and more complex terrain, a large number of mountain tunnel is essential. In order to make the road design and construction of mountain tunnels more economical, safe, reasonable, and the study of mountain road tunnel standardization become inevitable. Although China has the current design and construction of highway tunnel standards, but the construction of mountain tunnels in many areas are still not be standardized, or a low degree of standardization.This article takes study on the standardization of the mountain road tunnel, First of all, to collect and summarize the data of design and construction of highway tunnel standards and norms, from the information, there are more sections of the highway tunnel design and calculation programs and become the theory of the tunnel wall surrounding rock the calculation and classification; Then, use the Marc finite element software to simulate the situation of strain and displacement on the transect of the buried highway tunnel cross-sectional stress with a different profile, to conduct in-depth study on and cross-sectional design standards on the road mountain tunnels; Finally, many from the collection of Yunnan Province in the tunnel design and construction of information, sorting out the tunnel design and construction data of National Trunk (GZ40) Erlianhot Mengzi in Yunnan to the estuary to the new Lushuihe Street Expressway, with the main example, use the Marc finite element software to simulation results for comparison and research.This paper draws some useful conclusions, in the simulation of rock stress, using a standard grading system surrounding system to form the finite element model of the tunnel surrounding rock types, The model shows the different stress and strain situation under the nature of the tunnel. In regard to the simulation of whether adopt the tunnel cross-section of inverted arch, draw the conclusion that it should be used inverted arch in the transect design of loose rock. Finally, compared the actual monitoring results with the simulation results, verify the accuracy of the standard mountain road tunnel model. |
