The rapid development of tunnel engineering accelerate the process of the development of traffic construction, tunnel is generally divided into traffic tunnel, according to the use of hydraulic tunnel, municipal tunnel and mining tunnel, this paper mainly tunnel water tunnel construction in the whole process of mechanical behavior research, water tunnel is one of the hydraulic tunnel, hydraulic tunnel is water conservancy and hydropower engineering hub is an important part of hydraulic tunnel is or underground digging a tunnel in the mountain. The hydraulic tunnel can be used for irrigation, power generation, water supply, drainage, water, construction diversion and navigation. Tunnel will encounter all sorts of problems in the process of construction, such as the selection of construction methods and tunnel excavation method, the influence of various diseases of the tunnel. This paper mainly studied the water tunnel built four problems: the mechanical behavior of reasonable excavation method study, the influence of water constraints of the tunnel, tunnel backfill above research on the influence of the tunnel lining and tunnel monitoring measurement data were compared with the finite element numerical simulation analysis results.①The mechanical behavior of reasonable excavation method of study: Because of surrounding tunnel for the new artificial filled soil, filled soil loose, identified as rock class VI level, so the choice of excavation methods for the CD excavation, This part mainly using finite element software ANSYS to simulate the tunnel excavation, CD method by simulating the excavation tunnel during excavation of mechanics phenomenon, Such as the excavation of tunnel lining in the process of tunnel displacement(settlement) change, the change of the stress, strain, and anchor of various mechanical phenomenon.②Water research on the influence of tunnel constraints: On the tunnel excavation and the factors affecting the operating safety of many, water on the influence of the tunnel is one of important aspects, This part is to study the influence of tunnel constraints, water Mainly is simulated using FLAC finite difference method in different water head height constraints tunnel displacement value of the constraints to draw tunnel instability of water pressure threshold, thus to put forward the reasonable construction scheme for tunnel construction to prevent other similar constraints happen, So as to guide the construction. Constraints through calculation and analysis of excavation process in the need to strengthen the supporting measures of the tunnel, Such as playing a more advanced small pipe, improve the parameters of the anchor rod and, when necessary, you can fill in advance.③Above the tunnel backfill influence on tunnel lining: According to the needs of the project, to water in exposed above the tunnel(partly concealed excavation and Ming dig section) for backfill to flush with the subgrade, so you need to above the tunnel(village) has built two backfill processing, Backfill inevitably affect tunnel lining, This part is to use finite element software ANSYS to simulate the different heights of the mechanical behavior of backfilling effect on tunnel lining, by the factors such as the optimal results and duration of the backfill height.④Tunnel monitoring measurement data were compared with the finite element numerical simulation analysis results: through the field monitoring data and finite element analysis of the data analysis can know. Field monitoring measurement and finite element analysis on the regularity of consistent, field monitoring data and finite element analysis data to produce a certain deviation of inevitability, through the field monitoring data and finite element analysis of the data analysis validate the reliability of the finite element analysis.
