The national fund support on technologies has boosted the development of railway which features high speed and electrization and safety is the most important in the railway transportation. Thus, the detection between catenary and pantograph is a practical and meaningful job.The well contact between the catenary and pantograph is the precondition for locomotive's safe running,but the asymmetric elasticity of the contact hanging and the influence of the pantograph inertia force may cause some vertical vibration of pantograph and lead to the state change, which can result in such accidents as contact loss. The change of the pantograph state can be well reflected by the contact force, so we can gain the contact state of the catenary and pantograph and find the hidden troubles by detectiving the contact force, the detection can guide the maintenance of the catenary to ensure the safe railway transportation.In this thesis the reasons of catenary and pantograh accidents are analyzed, and the inspection principle is given. By comparing the detection technologies dometic and abroad and analyzing the pressed state of the head of the pantograph, a contact force based detection method is adopted. Through emulation, the change rule of contact force under different technical parameters and work conditions is found, the change relation between contact force and sensor output(detected force) is obtained via the vibration feature of pantograph. The emulation results demonstrate that detecting the contact state between the catenary and pantograph and the hidden troubles by detecting contact force is feasible, the method can be reference to the design of catenary and pantograph detecting. |
