The Family Physical Check-up System Of Intelligent Toilets

In modern society, many people have been suffering from subhealth problems. The way to judge a person's body is in subhealth condition or not is to analyse his/her long-term physical check-up's result and find out the change. For this reason, the family physical check-up system of intelligent toilets is designed in this paper. The system combines the medical examination equipments with toilet. The system makes physical check-up for people automatically and quickly when people use the toilet. Many foreign research institutes also do research on the similar system, but not in our country.The first part of paper introduces the intelligent designing of hardware system based on PC system. After analyzing the property of each body parameter and according to the demand of speediness and non-interposition, use infrared ear thermometer, electronic scale, wrist electronic sphygmomanometers, pH electrode to check temperature, avoirdupois, blood pressure, pH value of urine. The appropriate scheme of each physical check-up is given. It shows the control flow of physical check-up. The process control is performed by PLC. The test platform of intelligent toilets system is descried. For increasing reliability, the anti-jamming of serial interface is designed. The sample system is working credibly.Second, the paper introduces the software system programming with LabVIEW. The different communication protocols of equipments are showed. The communication programswhich work for data acquisition are designed according to the different communication protocols. To control the PLC with LabVIEW, the methods of using OPC and DataSocket technology are provided firstly. The management of database is programmed based on LabSQL database toolkit. So programming becomes simple. It discusses the data trend prediction using GM(2,V) model which is programmed by MATLAB and LabVIEW together. Then it shows the Web publishing and the report generation. This helps the doctors to check the physical check-up's result in internet.At last, the scheme of the family physical check-up system of intelligent toilets based on embedded system is discussed.The system which this paper designs is innovative and has practical value.
