The Application Of Multi-channel Intelligent Temperature Measure System In VAV Environment Parameter Measuring

VAV system is a new kind of air condition system which makes use of changing the amount of air to adapt to variable load inside the district. It not only provides us comfort, but also has the character of obvious energy-saving, so it owns large application.Detecting the environment temperature accurately is the key technology to ensure that the optimization design the structure of the VAV therma fuser successfully. According to the character of the multi-channel temperature measurement in the VAV system, the digital temperature acquisition and 1-wire technology are used in this paper, and it predigests the anterior circuit and improves anti-jamming ability of this system effectively.The system adopts distributed measure and control methods: MCS-51 microcontroller and 56 DS18B20 are used as hypogyny-systemwhich the former is to take charge of date acquisition and transmission and the later are composed of a rectangle measure network, and epigynous-system adopts PC to realize date process, temperature information management and graphical interface operation. The use of BP ANN makes this system have the ability of judging whether the sensors have faults or not.The result of testing this temperature measurement system shows that it can meet the original design requirement.
