The research of the crack mechanics and crack control of Bulky hydraulic concrete is the hotspot present.Though the studies on the early stage crack and tiny crack, cementitious material or temperature affect on concrete crack have gain a lot of delightful results, the analysis of the influence factors of bulky concrete crack and corresponding methods of crack prevention has been short of.This paper's background is the real project of LiNan Sluice in Li county of Hunan province, and we studied roundly on the crack problem of the sluice, the mainly structures in this dissertation are as follows:In the first chapter, the development and current status of the bucky concrete crack analysis were introduced, and the significance and content of this paper are present. In the second chapter, the existing inspect data had been anslysed, then we thought primarily that the themal stress is the main reason resulting in the crack of LiNan Sluice. In the third chapter, the base theories of FEM about analysis of concrete temperature field were introduced in detail, then the theory and the program of back analysis about the elastic module was put forward. In the forth chapter, the stress-stain states in all load case were modeled by the finite element method based on the results of back analysis about the elastic module was put forward. In the fifth chapter, aiming at the reasons for crack, four kinds of reinforcement layouts, including carbonfiber sheet, profiled-iron-bonded , joint reinforcement and chemical reinforcement had been introduced, and the corresponding FEM analysis and structure stability analysis had been done successfully. Considering the reinforcement effects and project investment of these four kinds of reinforcement methods, this paper suggests that profiled-iron-bonded reinforcement should be an effective reinforment layout. In the sixth chapter, the work of the paper was summarized, and some new thoughts for further studies, such as considering material nonlinearity and unstable temperature field, had been pointed out.
