| The crack problem of sluice engineering concrete which sited on estuarine is rather thoroughly studied in the present paper, and the cause of crack and the harm of which are also analyzed. Mathematical simulation of the project was done based on a 3-D FEM simulative calculation program, and kinds of engineering measures was brought forward. The main contents are as follows:1. Analyzed the phenomenon of concrete crack on the sluice sited on estuarine, concluded the shape and the cause of crack, researched the mechanism of cracking and the damaging results of the crack was further studied, provides theorical reference for engineering measures to prevent the cracking.2. It dissertates the principle of genetic algorithm. The temperature parameters of concrete are back analyzed by this method, combine with the indoor experiment, concluded the influence on the temperature field and stress field made by different heat preserve material and cooling measure.3. A Mathematical model was thoroughly studied to simulate the process of construction, provides reference of which kind of engineering measures should be taken to prevent the cracking after comparing the influence under different condition.4. The engineering measures including the effect of cold wave, layer thickness of construct , part pier pouring with lock floor at one time and pipe cooling is been thoroughly studied to instruct the construction.5. Instruct the application of means of the temperature control and crack prevention that was given during the Caoejiang Estuarine construction, and for the concrete construction in different representative construction period give the construction guideline that instruct the concrete construction on the scene which was advised in the crack prevention means. |
