In the factual task about engineering structure design,in order to seek a economical and reasonable structure project during the course of design and analysis,the development of new product and remodel of transformative series product ofen have to carry through the process which is "design-modeling -analysis-revising design-modeling again-analysis again"again and again.Repeated labor can not meet our demand of the efficiency of design and analysis ,and obviously can not keep up with the market requirement. On the other hand,with the development of science and technology,modern design of structure gradually converts from static design to dynamic design.Fully knowing about and continually improving the static and dynamic characteristics of structure is becoming an aim to go after .To overcome the problem that we have to repeat modeling and analysis ,this paper inherits the method of traditional APDL parametric finite element modeling , trys to break through it .In chapter 2,author puts forward a divide-integration method of APDL and detailedly expatiates its aim breakthrough point and modeling process.In chapter 3,combining its structural characteristic,the finite element statics analysis of jib structure of deck crane is carried out by the divide-integration method of APDL,and it is sure that the method is feasible and can greatly improve the efficiency of parametric modeling by the example, that the modification of its structure is quickly realized and that its further task such as its optimization and dynamic response analysis also can primely be based on its quick parametric modeling.Jib of deck crane is an important and large structure component and its load is very awful and complex.This thesis researchs the dynamic response of its structure at its typical and dangerous case when its hoisting and slewing are put up in its maximum radius at the same time. In chapter 4,In order to ascertain its inherent eigenvalue and corresponding main vibration,modal analysis is first implemented for the jib structure of deck crane.Then by thorough analyzing theloads which are bear by jib structure,we can make sure their changing orderliness of pulling force of suspend-steel wire, deflected angle and side-angle,and we can get the changing orderliness and date of dynamic load bear by jib structure at the case. So Transient dynamical calculation is carried out for the jib structure and dynamic response of its structure is got.In chapter 5, we thorough analyze dynamic displacement and dynamic stress of the jib structure,what can offer some basis and reference for the future dynamic design of such jib structure.Chapter 6 sums up the research work and and directs the following research afterwards.Based on APDL program, this paper obtains some useful conclusion about parametric modeling in structure finite element analysis and its dynamic response analysis for the study of jib structure of deck crane. |
