Transformer is one of the most critical equipment in wind power system.It bears the voltage transformation,power distribution and transmission,and to provide electricity services.Therefore,the normal operation of the transformer is the premise of the wind power system safe,reliable,and economic operation.Wind power transformer is the transformer used in wind power generation system and installed in the cabin of wind tower top. Because of wind power transformer used in some special special occasions,the vibration of cabin structure will excite its vibration. The vibration of transformer will cause power loss and affect its normal operation.In addition,the follow-up maintenance is also very difiicult .To ensure its normal work,its structure modal analysis and vibration response analysis must be done during its design phase.When its modal frequency and vibration response can't meets the desired requirements,the designed structure of the transformer should be optimized. Therefore,it is necessary to establish the transformer structure dynamic model and do its dynamic analysis and optimization analysis.In this thesis,a method for transformer structure dynamic model biult-up is discussed,and then a practical and equivalent just-soft coupling wind power transformer structure dynamic model was established based on dynamics theory.Through this dynamic model,transformer structure dynamics analysis and optimization analysis are finished.The main research work and results are as follows:Firstly,the methods of finite element modeling for the main components of transformer structure method are discussed,and then the finite element models are established. Through the finite element modal analysis , the dynamic parameters of the main components are obtained. Secondly,the methods of transformer structure just-soft coupling limited section discrete equivalent dynamic modeling are discussed ,and then the discrete equivalent dynamic model of transformer structure is established in ADAMS software.Finaly,dynamic analysis on the transformer structure are carried on,and transformer structure overall modal analysis results and the dynamic response by the two-way tuning excitation are obtained. The transformer structure improvement plans are put forward,and make sure the dynamic characteristics of transformer structure are improved obviously. The method for dynamic modeling in this theis has certain reference meanings for other mechanic systems.Also,the research work of this thesis has definite instructive significance for the structural design and improvement in the transformer structure design.
