| Since the beginning of the 1910—1920's,the studies and applications about the phenomenon of transparency have becoming a kind of building phenomenon gradually, which are getting more and more extensive concern now. Based on the theory about the transparency character of architecture, through a large amount of case analysis, this article investigates and summaries the vision characteristic of the translucent interface and its impact on space. It remains to hope that this paper will contribute to a better understanding of the phenomenon and relevant building theoretically, and guide the design practice in the future.The full text is divided into five major parts. The first one mainly explain the concept of transparency and interface, the author summarizes three kinds of characteristics of the transparency by analyzes the history of transparency character and the classical buildings, the first is the characteristic of interface depth;the second is the characteristic of interface's message passing;the third is the characteristic of the building's immateriality, then studies them in the third to forth parts. The fifth part involves the practically application in building of the transparent interface. Mainly studying cases, the author summarizes some potential influences factors to the translucent interface also. |
