Considering the practical application of the new type high-tooth synchronous belt transmission, the paper systemically expounds the theory design of the belt tooth and the contacting stress analysis synchronous based on ANSYS. On the theory design the article conclude the geometry equation of the mesh of the belt tooth and the belt gear tooth, analyze the loading state of the belt tooth and grasp the loading rules of it;and on the contacting stress analysis the article study the parameterized model of the mesh with the ANSYS contacting stress analysis module and APDL language. Before manufactured the new type high-tooth belt, the effect analysis and the parameter option make the belt come up to the practical application conveniently. Based on the mechanics capability analysis in synchronous belt transmission, the contacting stress is analyzed on parameterized loading and the article concluded that the beginning tension and tooth pitch effect the contacting stress distribution of the new type high-tooth synchronous belt.At last, a CAE software "new type high-tooth synchronous belt contacting stress analysis system" is exploits in ANASYS environment with the model of APDL and programmed software VISUAL BASIC 6.0. The software is fit for the users having lesser acquaintance with ANSYS. The software has friendly interface and is easy to operate. After the users input gear parameters, the software can automatic transfer the parameters to ANSYS, complete the analysis and get intuitionistic result. This software can be run in operating system upward Windows 2000. |
