With the development of science and technology,variable speed radio transmission is being used in more and more occasions.For example,the speed of automatic paper feed mechanism of a drum flatbed printer is constantly changing during the process of operation,and in the textile machinery,in order to obtain a specific pattern fabric,the variable speed radio transmission mechanism is also needed.Non-circular gear transmission mechanism is the most commonly used variable transmission ratio transmission mechanism,however,non-circular gear is only applicable to the circumstance of short center distance.Based on the above situation,a three wheeled non-circular synchronous belt transmission mechanism is proposed and algorithm of non-circular tensioning belt pulley pitch curve is given in this paper.A method named search method that the value of the tension wheel proper drive relationship is calculated if you know the data points of non-circular pitch curve is put forward.The main content of this paper is as follows:1)For the problem of two rounds of non-circular wheel drive mechanism cannot realize real-time tensioning during the process of transmission,a three wheeled non-circular synchronous belt transmission mechanism is proposed and the initial pitch curve of non-circular tensioning belt pulley is also calculated according to transmission relationship.2)The pitch-curve equation of tension pulley cannot be obtained directly in actual engineering calculations.Therefore,the transmission relationship of tensioner pulley cannot be calculated by analytic method.A kind of numerical calculation method which is called the search method is proposed,which uses three non-uniform B spline and transmission relationship to calculate the transmission relationship between non-circular tensioner pulley and the driving and driven wheels.3)A method is proposed to calculate the tooth profile of non-circular synchronous belt,which base on conjugate meshing principle of gear transmission.Furthermore,the local quadrant method is proposed to obtain a series of tooth profile points more easily.This method provides a new way for the design of tooth profile of non-circular synchronous belt.4)The parametric design platform base on MATLAB of three wheels non-circular synchronous belt transmission mechanism is developed to calculate the optimums of parameters?optimal pitch curve of non-circular tension synchronous belt wheel as well as the tooth profiles of the driving and driven wheels and tension pulley.5)The parametric design platform is designed and manufactured on the basis of the optimums.Compared with the theoretical results,the result of the experiment is identical with the tests,which proves the rationality of three wheels non-circular synchronous belt transmission mechanism and the correctness of the pitch curve and tooth profile design method of non-circular tension synchronous belt wheel.
