With the rapid development of science technology, production cycle becomes shorter and shorter and the requirement on production quality becomes higher and higher. It receives more and more researchers' attention that how to produce high quality and high reliability in producing process as soon as possible. This article carries on a further research in view of the production process track and the quality control topic, discussing the production track and the quality control modeling, the statistics process control in the process of changing volume production.This article established the model system on production track and quality control through the application of reliability engineering and statistics process control technology. This model analyzes the original factors which cause faults on system unreliable or product unqualified with the application of reliable fault analysis principle, and also analyzes reason and weight ofthe factors, according to the weight;confirm the principle of taking the main hazardous problem as most important task. With the application of statistics process control technology, the model carries on data acquisition of quality parameters, the analysis and judgment, and the control operation, all above can ensure the stable production process and qualified product. Under this goal, this article main research content includes: (1) taking mechanism machining on the china antenna cover of Cruise Missile as the object, establish the model of production track and the quality control. Through carries on the forecast, the monitor, the examination, the control adjustment to the production condition, achieves the goal of the guarantee on product quality. (2) Studied on the statistics process control technology in the process of changing volume production. (3) Studied on the reliability invalidation pattern. Described the reliable modeling, the breakdown, the breakdown tree analysis, analysis and evaluation on reliability in details. (4) studied the technics and existing questions of mechanism machining on the china antenna cover of Cruise Missile, basing on these, establish the quality analysis model in the process of machining with the application of reliability engineering.At the end of the paper, the article take milling on thechina antenna cover of Cruise Missile as sample , with the application of reliability project , carries on the analysis of system's invalidation pattern, carries on the track and the statistical examination to the production process, simultaneously has completed reliability analysis on grinding wheel system.
