Air-launched missile cruise missile is a kind of weapon that can hit targets accurately. Now the task of top priority is to increase the hit accuracy and existence probability. Scene matching is a kind of advanced method for final guidance of cruise missile. A full-search in large image database is time-consuming and the computation of similarity is complicated. In this paper, traditional similarity index is replaced with Hausdroff distance. The search method is improved with genetic algorithm and level algorithm in frequency domain and place domain. All these algorithms fasten the speed of scene matching while precision of search will not be sacrificed. At the same time, explicit index can reflect image quality of matching with different fast algorithms and the index can be regarded as reference during the design of flight track. In this paper we present a hierarchical scheme that enable cruise missile to achieve demanding missions in hostile environments autonomously. The scheme is an integration of three distinct components, including: (i) High level Voronoi diagram based path planner to avoid static threats; (ii) Low level path planner to avoid popup threats; (iii) Differential flatness based trajectory generator to generate dynamically feasible trajectory. Then the penetration by missile maneuver is put forward. After analyzing the kinematics model of Line-Of-Sight, the effective maneuver strategy works through simulation. It can be proved that maneuver will not decrease the speed of hitting the static target on the ground.
