Research On The Project Management Of Offshore Platform

This topic derives from " Liaohe Zuo Ye Yi Hao " offshore platform technology supervision project which is invested by the Liaohe Petroleum Prospecting Bureau, China National Petroleum.This paper takes the " Liaohe Zuo Ye Yi Hao " offshore platform construction process as the research object. After summarizing and consummating the project management of this offshore platform technology supervision and construction, the paper elaborates the importance of the project management in the ocean engineering projects, and emphatically analyzes the application of the project management in terms of the quality control, progress control and expense control in " Liaohe Zuo Ye Yi Hao " platform construction.The paper is composed of six chapters, as follows:Chapter One states the topic origin, summarizes the present situation of offshore oil resource development in China and across the world, analyzes the vital role of the offshore platform in the ocean petroleum prospecting, and finally proposes the significance and necessity of the project management in the offshore platform construction.Chapter Two explains and introduces the concepts, features and applications of the project management. Then this chapter elaborates the application and significance of the project management in the ocean engineering and shipbuilding as well as the existing problems and the major tasks.Chapter Three studies the quality control in the project management, with emphasis on the establishment of the quality control system in the ocean engineering project management, the quality control procedure and the methods as well as the quality control in the entire process of " Liaohe Zuo Ye Yi Hao " offshore platform supervision and construction.Chapter Four primarily introduces the features and existing problems in the progress control of the project management and it studies the content and the methods of the progress control as well. According to the Grey theory, the forecast model of theprogress deviation is established to predict and adjust the progress deviation in " Liaohe Zuo Ye Yi Hao " offshore platform.Chapter Five introduces the major tasks and contents of the expense control in the ocean engineering through the summary of the the expense control in " Liaohe Zuo Ye Yi Hao " offshore platform. Finally this chapter puts forward some proposals and experience based on the expense control application in " Liaohe Zuo Ye Yi Hao " offshore platform.Chapter Six sums up the whole paper and proposes the assumption and expectation for the future work.
