Design Strategy Of Thermal Environment Improvement In Residence Of Chongqing

Chongqing area belongs to the zone of hot summer and cold winter. Its construction temperature environment is pretty atrocious, and the main character of the whether in Chongqing area can be defined as summer is sweltry and winter is clammy. With the development of social economy and the enhancement of living condition, the adoption of air conditioning and heating utilization is rapidly increased in recent years, as a result of increase of construction energy consumption. Nowadays the energy scarcity is one of the major problems which hamper further improvement of society. Hence establishing an economic society and carrying out the guideline for continuable development is crucial for the long-term development of Chinese nation, and construction energy saving is inevitable. The improvement of temperature environment of residence zone is the primary resolvent to this problem.The author analyzes the climate character of the Chongqing area, studies the construction products domestic and overseas, of the improvement of temperature environment of residence zone. The author also investigates the residence zone in Chongqing area, and finally makes a conclusion on the design strategy adaptive to the improvement of temperature environment of residential zone in Chongqing area, through adoption and reference to the traditional and modern construction method.The content of this research report is composed of the following four sections.Section One (Chapter 1), Introduction Part. Firstly, the research origin and purpose are analyzed, and then, the research objective, scope and technical method are defined.Section Two (Chapter 2), Analysis of Climate Environment Character in Chongqing Area. In this part, the basic climate environment character in Chongqing area, with unique mountain zone is introduced, providing the design foundation for the further design strategy.Section Three (Chapter 3), The Innovation, Issues and Thinking of the Temperature Environment of Chongqing Residence. Through analysis of the history development of Chongqing residence, the author finds out the improvement of the current problems and the development direction of the future Chongqing residence. In the meanwhile, the author dialectically analyzes the primary problems of the current design of temperature environment of Chongqing residence, and moreover, gives consideration of how to improve this situation.
