The experience of telecommunications and financial industry that have very similar characters with power industry indicate that: building Process system of main product that Regard data collection as the characteristic and expanding the customer's service function based on the system, will expand the business scope, improve business operation ability and customer's service ability, additionally, will be the inevitable choice of super-huge enterprises that check and calculate main product in unison and have huge customer group. All the works are in the processing in power system.With the deepening of computer management of the marketing business, the accumulation of the electronic data of marketing management, all the power companies have local marketing data gradually to explore the regulation deeply, refine the manage elements , furthermore, realize the digitization and datumization of lead aid decision. Collecting all the marketing data is demanded urgently because that databank is set up through extracting data. Auxiliary lead decision and the important information such as load forecasting and the area development is obtained by the following: analysis of marketing subject by use of OLAP technology, development rule of marketing operation excavated from abundant marketing datum by use of the data excavate technology.The subject design and implement the marketing datum center system of DeYang Power administration.
