Wire networks as Field Bus have been applied to industrial control bottomnetwork in dustrial control scopes, which makes terminal such as sender and sensornetworking. But lots of objects can not be joined or be hard to achieve such as movingtarget, temporary fixing apparatus and sensor of rolling equipment for instance robotand lathe in industry with line medium. So it needs to make industrial equipmentwireless networking.Now, GPRS required some fees of flue, Bluetooth and infrared technology haveshort-haul of transmmition in the optional industrial wireless network technology, butIEEE802.11b WLAN is fit for industrial application because of superiority of fastspeed of transmmition and good real-time performance so in this paper the popularIEEE802.11b WALN are selected as a embedded networking project according tospecial requirement of industrial control network in speed of tansmission,framework,reliability and real-time performance.As far as tranditional industrial control concened,it is hard to achieve networkfor 8 singlechip.With the development of embedded MPU, 32 MPU is becoming thecore of the industrial equipment. ARM is growing leader of all kinds of 32 MPU forlittle volume, low-cost, high-reliability and so on. ARM920TTM-based microcontrollerAT91RM9200 is a network MPU for industrial equipment specially, so it is selectedas a hardware core of controllor, the main control parts of which and high-poweredpcmcia interface, wireless transceiver with zero-if technology are designed。Embedded Linux is selected as target RTOS and migrated on AT91RM9200 aftercut because of some superiority in little cores, cut, opened sound code and easymigration. ADS1.2 developed by ARM is used as implement. Intergradeddevelopment environment is built and driver and application program based onembedded Linux is compiled. At last, the flat of expriment is designed for debug. The paper aims at research of the industrial controllor embedded wirelessnetwork, which is important for the problem that how to settle for industrialequipment networking in some special occasion. It is achieved for the hardwaredesign frame of controllor, migration of embedded Linux, wireless connection andsimple communication, which supplies a flat for the following design of congtrollor.
