The Researches For The Designing Of The Outer Spatial Environment In Morden Urban Housing Estate

As the rapid development of economy and culture as well as the continues rise ofliving standards and aesthetic standards ,the outside environment quality is being takenmore seriously recently in the residential constructions of China.This article is directed at the problems that China living existing environments areshort for public activity places for human communication and that the culture quality islow ,which causes not only the problem of imbalance between human and nature butalso the problem of the people loosing control in psychal caused by indifference ofhuman feelings.So we put forward to the human centered design idea as well as thesustainable development idea in residential building programming and environmentconstructions. With system research of inhabitants'behavior characteristics,the furtherdiscussion of the outside building environment and the relationship of humandevelopment,we want to improve the quality of human environment and to improveimprove the quality of human environment and to improve relationship of neighbors inorder to create a new living environment which is full of harmony and the soul of spiritculture.
