Research And Application Of Network Planning Algorithm In Electric Power Project Management

Network Planning technology is a technical and rising subject. With the development of the networkand the maturity of the theory, more and more algorithms have been applied in Network Planning field ofproject management . This paper compares and analyses algorithms applied in Network Planning, mostlydiscusses the critical path algorithm,network planning algorithm based on fuzzy model and theparticle swarm optimization algorithm .To the practical need ,we put forward a new algorithm to look forthe critical path;we put forward using fuzzy theory to simulate calculating the fuzzy time of a fuzzy projectmodel;we also put forward A modified particle swarm optimization (MPSO) algorithm to solve theproblem of time-cost optimization of network plans. Proved by practice, these improved algorithms havevery good applied value in the electric power project management.
