Circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFBB) is a nonlinear time-variable control target withdistributed parameter and tight coupling multivariable. Control system character of CFBB isanalyzed fist,then dynamic character of CFBB is analyzed by theory and experimentmodeling methods. Take 450t/h CFBB as an example, With gliding curve method, through astep leap response of the system in the steady state, output response curve of the system, bedwarm perturbation curve, bed warm system model and other parameters perturbation curvesand models are obtained. Using genetic algorithm, thermal control system is identified andparameters are optimized. Practical filed application indicates this method provides theplatform for parameter optimization of thermal control systems and satisfy the need offiled engineering parameter optimization in some extend.
