In recent years, how to realize sustainable development and air pollution control has become a very important research topic. The primary energy in china is mainly coal. In order to overcome problems of environment contamination in energy production, CFBB (Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler) has been applied to power plant in China more and more. The Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler (CFBB) is a complex object with multivariable, large delay, tightly coupling, nonlinear and slow time-varying. It is difficult to accurately control the object.In this paper, based on deep study of the structure, principle of CFBB and its technical flow, the control method of fuzzy immune PID which is combination of the biological immune mechanism, fuzzy control and classical PID is proposed to control the combustion system of the CFBB, the parameters are dynamically regulated online. Finally, the simulation of the system is given, the result shows that the fuzzy immune PID has good control quality. |
