Study On The Exterior Environment Of Modern Commercial Building

Among civil buildings, the commercial building is in the second place because of its great variety, extensive distribution and its colorful shape. And its exterior space is always the place where citizens spend their leisure time. However, the exterior environment of modern commercial building in our country is in such a sorrow situation as traffic chaos, boring space and lack of environment facilities, etc. The dissertation focuses on the exterior environment of modern commercial building and develops the topic through the way of the combination of theories and practicing design. It makes a further research on the above problems of the exterior environment of commercial building in our country, with the usage of the domestic or overseas experience and lessons, aiming at providing an academic basis and designing countermeasure for the future designing practice. The dissertation consists of five chapters: In the exordium of the dissertation, it makes clear about the object and the content of the research. The second chapter of the dissertation mainly analyzes the characteristics of the exterior environment of commercial building, including the development course, the interrelationship between the exterior environment and city circumstance and the composing characteristic. From this part, we know that the exterior environment of modern commercial building is a stage on which people may enjoy the nature and get touch with society. In the third chapter, it mainly discusses the designing principle of the exterior environment of modern commercial building. The proper site selection is a precondition that may form good exterior environment of commercial building. And we should design the exterior environment according to the designing principle. As the core of the whole dissertation, the fourth chapter makes a research on the traffic design, the park lot design and the environment facilities of the exterior environment, giving some designing countermeasure. At the end of the dissertation, it sets up expectations on the exterior environment of modern commercial building.
