The Research On New Energy-Saving Technology Through Swirl Flow Field Combustion And Industrial Application For Tube-Furnace

Serious lack of energy makes enterprise search for ways to save energy and reduce loss. this is how Baosteel Chemical F1101 furnace retrofit come。Exhaust gas loss,heat dissipating loss and carbon loss are the main factor of what take furnace energy loss. Since the potential of decrease heat dissipating loss and carbon loss is limited, and exhaust-gas loss is the most part of the all, what's more, exhaust gas loss can be decreased together with carbon loss. Therefore, to decrease the exhaust gas temperature is the key point of saving the furnace energy。This article firstly abstractly analyze the relationship of furnace efficiency and some parameters(surplus air ,hearth pressure). Then abstractly discuss the measure(add convection coils,air preheated, spread radiation coating, etc) can be take to save the furnace energy cost. Finally the advantage and disadvantage are analyzed. And a better way for this retrofit-swirl field combustion technology is put up. This retrofit include thermal calculation,cold and hot-state experiment,on-spot construction. thermal calculation can quantify the influence of retrofit to he furnace parameters, evaluate the safety(this is very important for the retrofit of chemical furnace with complex configuration,high safety demand). And thermal calculation can also decide the retrofit parameters,forecast retrofit effect。By cold-state field experiment, It can be find that swirl field is more uniformity than the direct, swirl field axial velocity is smaller than the other, tangential velocity is bigger the direct. In hot-state experiment, uniformity temperature field,better heat-transfer effect and the addition within safety permission of the coils wall temperature is got. the experiment conclusion make it sensible that the retrofit help to improve the combustion situation,strengthen the heat-transfer. The on-spot retrofit effect proved the deduction taken in the former study is right. after retrofit, the waste-gas temperature decrease by 40℃,hearth fullness is improved greatly, and the fuel is saved by 7 percent, result in very good economic performance。...
