| Serious lack of energy makes enterprise search for ways to save energy and reduce loss. This is how the alteration of Baogang Chemical F2601 furnace came.Exhaust gas loss, heat dissipating loss and carbon loss are the main factor of what take furnace energy loss. Since the potential of decrease heat dissipating loss are limited, and exhaust gas loss is the most part of all, exhaust gas loss can be decreased toether with carbon loss. Therefore, to decrease the exhaust gas temperature is the key point of saving energy.This article firstly analyzed the relationship of furnace efficiency and some parameters (surplus air, hearth pressure and so on). Then abstractly discussed the measure take to save the furnace energy and finally the advantages and disadvantages of these measurements are discussed. From the analysis, a new type of combustion (double swirl combustion) is proposed firstly.The retrofit included thermal calculation, cold simulation and hot-state experiment, locale construction.Thermal calculation can quantify the influence of retrofit to be furnace parameters, evaluate the safety. And thermal calculation can also decide the retrofit parameters, forecast retrofit effect. By cold-state simulation, we can find that double swirl field is more uniformity than direct field, the axial velocity of the double swirl field is smaller than the others, and the tangential velocity is bigger than that of the direct field. In host-hate experiment, more well-proportioned temperature field, better heat-transfer effect and the increase of the coils wall temperature within safety permission are got. The experiment conclusions make it sensible that the retrofit redound to the combustion situation, strengthen the heat-transfer.The outcome of the on-spot retrofit proved that the conclusion taken in former is right. After the retrofit, the waste-gas temperature decrease up 40℃, the hearth fullness is improved greatly, the fuel is saved by 7 percent, and result in a economic benefit considerable. |
