Heat radiation waves in summerdaylight,make the vehicles surface trapping to heating up.One of the ways,short wave radiation can penetrate the interior of the cockpit through glass,Heat the air again in the form of radiation after being absorbed by the seat and interior version,to increase the temperature in the cockpit.That is so-called greenhouse effect.Every year,the safety of children in the car is caused by their parents.These accidents have caused great trauma and damage to families and society.The resulting security problems have aroused wide attention from relevant institutions both at home and abroad.At the same time,most of the SSR in the industrial field are the use of lighting equipment to match the wind tunnel facilities and the exposure of vehicles under the sun.But all the tests are biased toward the durability of the body materials.For that reason,the focus of this study is to use computational fluid dynamics(CFD)to establish a set of methods to simulate the effect of solar radiation and to apply it to the vehicle.This will include heat conduction,thermal convection,and thermal radiation,and the optical properties of the material must be considered.Selection of Discrete ordinates(DO)mathematical model for thermal radiation mode,making a network system with GAMBIT 2.4,application of commercial software Fluent 6.3,using visualization software Tecplot to make the records and graph data.First,the temperature,wind speed,and the unknown temperature inside the cockpit are detected by a thermometer and anemometer,to determine the intensity of solar radiation and the absorptivity and radiological rate of automobile glass,provide reference for the follow-up simulation experiment;Secondly,Provide reference for the actual size of a common motorcycle type,set up a simplified 3D physical model,taking part of the cockpit as the research object,setting up a solar radiation models,thermal radiation models,turbulence models and so on,numerical simulation experiments are carried out to compare the difference of air conditioning opening or not.It is found that the temperature of the car can reach about 330 k without the condition of air conditioning,it is dangerous to forget the child in the car;Simulation of open air conditioning again,setting air vents at two different positions,the contrast of the same experiments are compared,it is found that the air conditioning outlet below the dashboard can be better than at the center control;Finally,simulation of two kinds of wind speed,other experiments with the same conditions are compared,it is found that the increase of wind speed from 2m/s to 5m/s can reduce the temperature of about 9k in the car..Through this test,it is proved that it is feasible to simulate the air flow in the carriage by this numerical simulation method.This can be used to study the high temperature problem in the car.It also provides some reference for automotive engineers in vehicle research and development.
