It is very important to measure and diagnosis its malfunctions. This paper systematically analyzes the problems of the center control equipment of 8K. According to the analysis of the practical situation of the locomotive and the development of the theory Fault Diagnosis, this fault Diagnosis System based on rules is researched and designed. Its research and use have very important meanings to the safe operation of the electric locomotive of 8K.According to the different functions, the whole equipment was divided into three units by this paper: the diagnose unit of The center control equipment, wireless data transmission unit and ground analysis unit, all of them are analyzed and designed separately.The fault diagnosis unit of The center control equipment is the core of the Fault Diagnosis System. This paper adopts the approach which comprises the fault tree and the repository of Fault Diagnosis Expert System : Fault Tree knowledge is used to build Expert System Knowledge Base; the frame and production rule were used during the process of Knowledge Representation; the system mix both of the strategy of forward inference and backward inference; and the whole system is designed in C++Builder language.The wireless data transmission unit adopted the radio station and LON network to set up the wireless data communication network of the locomotive, which realizes the wireless transmission of the information. The ground server is the core of the ground analysis unit; it offers the functions of fault information memory, analysis and counting, etc. All of the fault information can be shared through the LAN.The diagnosis system of The center control equipment in 8K electric locomotive realizes the real-time diagnosis, on_line query, and such functions as the wireless transmission, the fault information memory, statistic and analysis of fault information of the locomotive. This system is easy to operate and very steady and is praised by user in the course of using. |
