The work conditions of the high temperature convective superheater directly connect with the safety of the whole plant. The explosion of the superheater can reduce the efficiency, stop the boiler, even worse, it can cause disaster, such as casualty accidents.The paper analyzes the cause and the distribution pattern of heat deviation of the superheater system in the four corners tangential firing boiler by the research target which Model is HG-1025/18.2-WM10. Basing on the calculation standard of the former USSR at 1973, We grid on the location where the superheater is placed. We calculate the temperature of the superheater tube wall by using the three-dimensional fume velocity pattern and temperature pattern, perfect the general calculation method of heat deviation and wall-temperature.The paper also programs the computer procedure by MATLAB language and makes calculations under different air distribution modes. By using the results, We draw some useful conclusions.The paper studies the theoretical basis of the life appraisal for the superheater tube and put forward a method of life calculation.
