Power plant boiler superheater tube of boiler heating surface is the main internal structure, the superheater tube failure is the effect of economic operation of boiler safety, one of the main factors, the safe and stable operation is directly related to the security of the whole power plant. Therefore, the superheater tube remaining life assessment, understanding its running state, to ensure the safety of boiler equipment, improving unit reliability has important significance. This paper takes Tieling power plant1021T/H boiler high temperature superheater as object, using the parameter extrapolation method to assess its life span. In depth analysis of the boiler superheater tube failure mechanism and relevant influencing factors, pointed out that the effect of superheater tube life loss is the main factor of metal high temperature creep. As a result of superheater tubes using real temperature is predictive of the service life of the key, therefore, this paper analyzes several assessment of tube wall temperature equivalent operation method, combined with the engineering practice of detection results, selection of measurement method on the selection of the inside oxide layer thickness of the pipe wall of a pipe section equivalent operating temperature was analyzed and calculated. In the operation of the superheater parts for a number of macroscopic examination and pipe cutting experiment, to a large number of experimental data as the basis, using the Larson-Miller parameter method is calculated, thus the pipe residual service life. Through the contrast experiment analysis and life calculation results, with the inner oxide thickness measurement technique with Larson-Miller parameter method for the assessment of superheater tube remaining life is a feasible and reliable.Finally, comprehensive inspection and life calculation of high-temperature superheater, the running state of the comprehensive assessment, and put forward the corresponding suggestions for maintenance work.
