The analysis and calculation in thermal energy field is complicated, much equipment involved and the tedious connection between the equipment, and it is difficult to express these characteristic and inter-reaction by unified algorithm. Take the calculation of the thermal system characteristic in power station for example, because of the diversity of systematic structure and complexity of change in off design parameters, it is very difficult to work out the universal calculation procedure for different thermal systems, which leading to the low availability of the application program code; When further research is needed towards certain equipment of the system, often needs to regroup and debug the whole application program, can not able to analysis distributed, develop cooperative, result in researching and developing efficiency low; In addition, restricted by the procedure operating concentrated, a large number of middle parameters are unable to show, brings a great deal of inconvenience to analysis.This text introduces industrial configuration thought to thermal energy project field, express the characteristic of the equipment through the module algorithm on the basis of the flowing concept, reflect the connection of the equipment among in the practical system through the way of the module, and connect their characteristic and connection through the way of the configuration. It comes up weight of question to device characteristics and assurance of system. Take the calculate with configuration in thermal system for example, those various kinds of equipments independent to modules after abstracted, then join these modules according to the practical system procedure, get the stability analysis through configuration scanning mechanism on the condition of conservation of mass and conversation of energy. The method has verified by examples, it can receive the performance index value of the thermal system under various kinds of operating mode fast and accurately, and guarantee reusable, cooperative development of code of procedure, and display the result visible and real-time.The main content of this paper is as follows:1. Utilize facing target programming language doing system framework designing, scanning mechanism confirming and the interface appearance making, explore the ways to improve the configuration calculating efficiency, design the model arithmeticDLL and model shape DLL which benefits secondary development, and has tested its stalwart and stability;2. Divide equipments in system according to the thought of configuration, work out algorithms to equipment model and after being abstracted at the request of configuration module, prove to thermal systematic configuration convergence.3. Take Rankine Cycle, no reheated cycle, once reheated cycle, twice reheated cycles for example, use thermal equipment and link mathematics module to build thermal power system calculating configuration, carry on calculation and validating in many operating condition by practical instance, compare execution efficiency and convenience with routine modeling of method;4. Towards other general questions in thermal energy field, for instance: heat transfer calculation, governing stage calculation, genetic algorithm modeling, build certain arithmetic DLL by project analysis configuration platforms, have offered the thought of development and example of calculating, which are consultable for practical application of configuration platform;By research of this paper, lead configuration platform on the basis of flow into power station thermal energy analytic field, have offered a feasible innovative way for the practical, projects in relevant scientific research.
