In this paper, a brief introduction, so that we understand the current thermal power dominate the power structure in the country, the energy-saving work of traditional thermal power has great potential. Cold-end system can become an important thermal power assist system, which is directly related to the operational status of the unit’s security, economy, a tremendous impact. Therefore, the study of cold-end system, with the aim to improve its performance, to ensure the best vacuum in the condenser, the cold end systems to achieve optimal operation, capable of thermoelectric energy conservation and improve unit heat caused by economic and other useful work affected. This paper mainly focus on the cold side of each model system and its specific branch optimization plan to commence the study, based on the theoretical analysis, model building cold-end system for each subsystem, and ultimately determine its energy-saving optimization of specific programs.Modeling the cold side of the system mainly around the condenser, cooling towers, steam turbine and circulating pump end of four subsystems start. With the condenser vacuum determine the best methods and principles of optimization, the actual situation of the power plant condenser instance variable condition calculation, using computational conclusion of the cooling water, the impact of the cooling water inlet temperature and the unit load on the vacuum to determine the best way to run the circulating pump under various loads, making it easy to calculate simple.
