Transport packaging is developping with the development of industry economic and society enviroment. The study of transport packaging involves all sorts of damage in the transportation enviroment ,as well as technomical means or administrational means that must be used to cut down various damaging factors.In order to resolve the problems of under-package or over-package occoured easily, the rationalization of cushioning package design must be sought after. Cushioning packaging systems are the abstraction of various cushioning packaging products. The response of the system to the outer shock and vibration is the theoretical base of cushioning packaging design. The response of cushioning package system is determined by not only the outer force and movement, but also the construction and characteristic of the system itself, Such as the elasticity, the damping ,the mass ,etc.There must be one part which is the most frangible in any complicated product. The subject presents the most frangible part as the key part. Then, the practical cushioning packaging system can be analysed as 2-freedom shock model. The subject deals with the research to the dropping shock response of linear system and non-linear system with the method of Runge-Kutta .By the use of the programming method in Matlab, the transient responses of displacement , velocity and acceleration are obtained. Furthermore, we can analyse the various effect of varied parameters, such as relative damping ratio, mass ratio and frequency ratio, on the maximum acceleration of key parts. The conclusion offers the basis for cushioning package design.The Data Auto Sample And Process System(DASP) is applied in this job in order to obtain the intelligence of dropping shock of the product and the key part at the same time, as well as the harmonic analysis and the transient analysis are carried out. Based on the analysis of the various effect of varied parameters on the maximum acceleration of the key part and the product, by the use of mathematical optimized method, optimized model and target function are established. Through the adjustment of system parameters, we can get the most optimized parameter modular, as well as the method of the optimization and indentification of parameters is advanced.
