| The information appliances will be the main products of the appliances in the 21th century. The paper discusses the core technique and the development of the information appliances. According to the practical project, the research on the traditional electronic rice cooker has been made and the application of the network and intelligence technique on the electronic rice cooker is realized.According to the heating control rules and the best heating curve of the electronic rice cooker, the paper puts forward a new cooking process of the cooker, analyses all the steps of the cooking process and the exceptions at large. With the new cooking process, a one-dimension fuzzy controller that can calculate the weight of rice and the heating power more easily is designed. In the paper, the fuzzy control way for different cooking modes, different kinds of rice and different weight of rice is provided. The paper also provides the heating control rules and the parameters in the status of heat preservation, cooking conjee, steaming etc. The one-dimension fuzzy control arithmetic is provided to solve the contradiction of the more function and program memory. In this way, the intellectual cooker with the function of multi-mode, multi-kind, multi-status and minute control is realized. Meanwhile, the paper analyses the design of the form of the hardware's control circuit and the software system that based on the idea of phase demarcation.After the realization of the intellectual electronic rice cooker, the network technique applied on the cooker that represents the common appliance is researched. Based on the AX4510 of the Meilan Tech, the circuit of serial convert to the cooker's hardware is designed. Using the I/O pins of HT46R65 which is the MCU in the cooker, the communication between the AX4510 and the cooker is realized. With the AX4510 which is based on the ARM7 and the embedded operating system ucLinux, the rice cooker gets the IP address in the "8 bits MCU+ARM+ucLinux" mode.With the Glade of GUI tools in the Linux system, the control interface of the information appliance is designed based on the GTK+ library and the socket programming. The parameters got from the research on all the status and the design with the network technique can provide practical guide to the design of the rice cooker based on the expert experiences and relative appliances, and can be applied widely to the network and digital technique. |
