| In last several decades, our national diesel engine industry has been developed in a high speed, along with the wide application of technology. However, there are too many problems has been revealed in the process of the development, such as low level at reliability, energy consumption, emission, power, compact, vibration and noise. Nowadays, the technology of electronic control, supercharge, EGR and four-valve has been adopted in diesel engine abroad. The applied period of electronic control common-rail injection arrived, and the technology of which is popularized rapidly. So it is inevitable to apply the electronic control technology to diesel engine nowadays. Because of lack of investment and research, the level of technology of electronic control diesel engine is drop behind considerable. It should be developed urgently in the our nation. In this paper, the author has designed a monitor system of medium pressure common-rail electronic control diesel engine experimental platform based on prophase work of electronic control office in wuhan university of technology. Through this monitor system, it would become quite facile that analysis and master the work process and principle of experimental platform.The structure, principle and work characteristic of monitor object —medium pressure common-rail electronic control diesel engine experimental platform has been introduced, the principle and requirement of monitor system has been analyzed on stress. The sensors and DAQ board related to electronic control diesel engine has been compared, selected and tested, the signal reforming circuit has been designed, aimed at its work requirement and peculiarity of signal. At the same time, isolation drive circuit has been designed using the isolation amplifier, ISO124, which is been manufacture in BURR-BROWN company, USA. Related to software design of monitor system, by using of LABVIEW, which is a excellent graph design tool of NI company, USA. It become reality that real-time DAQ, display and storage. The characteristic of electronic control diesel engine is that multi-tasks and requirement of real-time accuracy. Control system has been designed by a typical RTOS — μ C/OS-II. The real-time requirement of control system has been satisfied, thegoal of modularization design has achieved at the same time. The data transmission between two computers by using of RS232 serial communication standard. A certain method of error-correct has been adopted in process of data transmission, the reliability has been insured.Proved by a large mount of experiments, the monitor system could meet the demand of medium pressure common-rail electronic control diesel engine at experimental stage. The reliability and expandability were proved. Multi-channel signal has been acquired and display simultaneity. The accuracy of controlled time order has achieved 0.1 millisecond. Even more, the function of database could make it quite convenient that analysis and improve the work process of common-rail electronic control diesel engine.In the end, the author give a conclusion and puts forwards some prospect for the further research related to the research of the paper and tendency of technology of electronic control diesel engine. |
