| This thesis, adopting Fuzzy Control Theory and the principle of Traditional PID Control, has designed a kind of Fuzzy-PID(FPID) self-adapting automatically temperature controller based on MCU. An approximative mathematical model of the temperature controlling system has been constituted and simulated with various controlling strategy, according to the demanded function of the running Microwave Heating Asphalt Pavement Regenerate Repairer. From the result of simulation, it suggests that FPID Controller, which is of superior anti-jamming capability, overmatches Ordinary PI Controller, Traditional PID controller and Integration Separation PID Controller in dynamic characteristic. Consequently, this simulation of model offers a kind of valid method for the constitution of complicated system. This thesis illuminates the designing principle of the hardware and the designing flow of the correlative software and program. During the procedure of the hardware design, the undermentioned design is introduced: the total frame design of the controlling system, the interface circuit of the data sample, the design of temperature error's inputting passage and the I/O interface circuit. During the procedure of the software design, some key modules are presented as follows: initialization program module, T0 and T1 interrupting program module, A/D module of converting the data sample, FPID module, data filter module and data disposal module. This temperature controller, based on MCU, can improve the capability of anti-jamming and the running reliability by compiling a series of data filter programs while it collects data sample. Every of the software is programmed with assemble language and adopt modularization design. Finally, some suggestions and expectation of the future development about the temperature controller is put forward to further the research. |
