The paper first introduced the researching background and it's significance and briefly introducing the Diesel Oil Generator's structure and the operating principle, next brought out the designing request, then gave the coursing of hardware and software development and design in detail, Last accounting for the feasibility of designing the Diesel Oil Generator Group's supervisory control device by debugging the sample designed in simulative systemThe design of the Diesel Oil Generator Group's supervisory control device was composed of two parts: one was hardware, the other was software. The key component of the hardware was AT89C55WD and it's peripheral component all are serial interface to simplify the circuit and reduce volume of equipment so that cutting down the expense. The liquid crystal display (LCD) with Chinese character library, which is adopted as display unit of the supervisory control device, is distinct and visual, facilitates man-machine conversation. The software program is composed of C51 program and VB program. They all adopt blocking program design to amend and satisfy user's demand. The paper illuminated the design of C51 program in detail. The flow chart of the C51 was given, the skill of writing program and the steps were discussed, and developed interrupt program block, keyboard and display program block, dada collecting program block, communicating program block and so on. The program developed with VB includes follow two functions: communicating interface of computer with singlechip circuit; receiving the data collected by the singlechip. The two part of hardware and software all used anti-jamming technology to assure equipment stabilization and better practicability.The paper made a whole test of the hardware and the software of the equipment sample, analyzed the benefits and defects. At last the paper gave the further developing plan according to the present questions. |
