The paper focuses on the key and difficult technical problem of crest overflow of concrete face rockfill dam,analyses and researches spillway on dynamical and static stability.Firstly,the anlysis of the floor slab of chute acted by multifarious powers are systermatically concluded. According to the stability calculation formulation and integerating,the stability calculation formulation of floor slab of chute is advanced. Then the paper introduces an oscillating mode of chute-flow-dam body by using the theory of fluid-solid coupling,which show that we should cinfirm critical value of velocity of flow by using dynamical analyse of structure when we build the overflow of CFRD,compared with maximal velocity of the structure to avoid that the critical velocity of flow exceed the maxical velocity in order to insure engineering safe.by means of the stochastic oscillation theory,the dynamic response of the chute and foundation acted by pulse pressure has been estimated quantitatively by using finite element software. Finally there exist two unstable state concerned with dam,under the influence of seismic disaster,the seismic character of chute is calculated and studied based on numerical value simulation by using finite element software,at the same time give the seismic safety evaluation of the chute.
