The concrete face rock-fill dam along with the roller compaction technology unceasing progress,more and more many uses in the actual project,the overflow concrete face rock-fill dam becomes the present one kind of rich competitive because of its unique merit dam,also obtained the domestic and foreign dam labor universal attention.The overflow concrete face rock-fill dam basis dam site actual terrain,the geological condition the spillway direct arrangement in the rock-fill,simultaneously,the full use the excavate and abandon material, simplified the pivot arrangement,sped up the project progress,reduced the project construction cost.Along with the domestic several over-fall dam construction,domestic also obtains more and more many attention to the over-fall dam research.The keystone of this article is the spillway high velocity flow the fluent characteristic and to the spillway and the dam class stirs up in the vibration,will realize through the value simulation way.At first,this article study the dam spillway structure composition,the detail structure carries on the specification,and releases two kind of spillways of the smooth chute and the stepped chute to carry on the comparison,After study the dam spillway structural arrangement,use finite element union model experiment method conducts the research to the high-velocity flow hydraulic characteristic on the spillway.Through the comparison of the water surface line,the velocity field,the pressure field,the turbulent energy and turbulent dissipation rating on spillways of the smooth chute and the stepped chute in two kind of different current capacity,May obtain the conclusion is uses the stepped chute spillway regarding the small current capacity flood discharge to have extremely well disappears effect,not only can satisfy the safety requirements of the project, but also may save the investment;but regarding the great current capacity flood discharge,the stepped chute has not superiority disappeared,because instead mixes is mad fiercely,causes the water surface line to change high, increases the investment.Base on the research of the high-velocity flow hydraulic characteristic,further studies the topic of the structure under the fluctuation pressure function,In order to know the speed of flow to the dam' modality influence,has established a simple model.Through the modality analysis discovery,the fluent speed of flow is obvious influence to the dam base frequency,along with speed of flow enlargement,the base frequency changes gradually small.Also considered the influence of the dam elasticity coefficient,the elasticity coefficient is bigger, the dam base frequency is bigger,therefore may through enhance the system the rigidity to enhance the security.Finally based on practical engineering calculate Gang-qu river face board dam when the flood discharge under two kind of different current capacities fluctuation pressure class excitation dynamic response,we can draw the conclusion from the dynamical displacement to distribute of the chute,the max appear in the upside of the chute,along the slope face changes small gradually,and the dynamical displacement are all very small, Obviously,the actual project' maximum speed of flow velocity is not surpass 30 m/s in the situation,may not use the consideration of flow-induced vibration of fluctuation pressure.
