The railway transportation is the significant component part of socialization manufacture. In order to guarantee railway carrying safety and unblocked, it is necessary to equip modern and high efficiency succoring installation. The railway crane is one kind of key installations handling and removing railway accident, it should have the capability of arriving accident spot quickly and cutting down the loss to the minimal degree. Along with the speed of railway passenger and cargo train in our country raising and helping radius enlarging, the operating speed of the crane is required faster. At the moment, the tenure amount of NS1002 crane that is the succoring installation of railway department is more than 100, but it is limited by structure and the speed is merely 80km/h, and they can not content railway transportation over style development.Since the tenured amount of NS1002 is big, and their construction and performance may be improved, the railway ministry determines to carry on NS1002 's technology transformation and promote operating speed to120km/h to improve the work capability and help radius.In the dissertation, combining with the science and technology development project for the Ministry of Railways and the actual requirement of the railway transportation, according to the fault and the existing problem of NS1002's bogies, their structure and performance were analyzed and studied in detail, the reconstruction method of raising speed and fundamental technology item of the bogie are put forward to supply theory foundation of raising speed.In this paper, firstly, the raising speed technique scheme of NS1002's bogie is proposed, then on basis of the criterion TB/T1335-1996, the finite element analysis to the bogie reconstruction scheme were carried on by using ANSYS software. And on the basis of the criterion GB/T17426-1998, the dynamic performance of the bogie was calculated and analyzed, and the suspension system is optimized. Finally, the technology methods such as canceling the equalizing beam, changing shape of the axle-box guiding frame, increasing the axle-box spring's static deflection, fixing vertical hydraulic pressure damper, etc., are put forward, so, not only the bogie's structure is simplified, but also its performance is improved effectively.According to the technique scheme proposed by the dissertation, line...
