Popularizing and developing of pre-stress reinforcement concrete structure is a important measure to improve structure service ability, to economize steel and energu, to raise comprehensive economic benefits. To carry out the reseach of calculating theory and designing method of pre-stress reinforcement concrete structure plasticity, not only has important theory meanings, but also important practical value of project.The calculating theory and designing method of pre-stress reinforcement concrete structure plasticity is one of thorny problem that the theory circle and project circle pays close attention to. Many domestic and international experts and scholars have carried on research to this problem, and accumulated some valuable test data, and proposed some suggestions and methods of plasticity design. Through the calculating result according to plasticity theory and the elasticity, plasticity analysis of SAP2000 software to two-way ribs floors of pre-stress reinforcement concete in this text, so we can draw some beneficial conclusions, offer beneficial reference for engineering design and studying further in the future.
