| With the fast increase of the recoverable amount of urban motor vehicle, the imbalance between supply and demand that the vehicle parks is very conspicuous, have already become one of the key questions of city traffic management. The public parking facility is supplement of facility to construct; it is also the result of people engaged in many kinds of public activities. In most cities, the traffic is congested, the investment is bad, the environment is deteriorative, especially because of the improper locations, the wrong build, the behindhand of parking facility planning, the powerless of control parking soil. Thus, the research on the public parking facility location has important theory meaning and realistic meaning in the practical application.This paper has carried on research to the characteristic of parking at first, adopting data mining technology distill the characteristic of parking demand utilizing the origin-destination data of motor vehicle. Secondly, on the basis of the methods of parking demand predict are analyzed, this paper put forword the motor vehicle OD parking demand predicting model based on data mining.The parking facility location problem is complicated, this paper study the distribution questions of multi-demands and multi-locations, taking into account the attracting amount of facilities. The influencing factor of the public parking facilities location has carried on detailed analysis using the analytical method of the system engineering, the model of location base on the minimize synthetical generalized cost is constructed with the existent location theory. This paper use the ant optimize algorithm to solve the model, and limit the bound of pheromone for the sake of the demand can be satisfying distributed in the solving process. It shows the models that are set up and the method of solving to be feasible testifying by example, and can apply to the complicated network to calculate.Lastly, this paper studies the evaluation of location planning, and offers the content and targets of evaluation, discusses the question remaining to study further. |
