Research About Optimize Make-up Water System Of "xi-yi" Power Plant

This paper studied the defect and of the original boiler make-up water system in xi-yi power plant, analysed the harmful effects to the heating power system and the background which produced serious threaten to the generate set. Through analysis and calculation to the water quality materials, has compared and riddling the reconstructible scheme, has made the scientific and detailed constructible procedure. After reconstruction and optimization design, the primary" sodium bed soften + reverse osmosis " water process system became " reverse osmosis + first level compound bed desalting" water treatment system. Technological optimized the operation way of the reverse osmosis supply water pretreatment equipment and the operation parameters of pressure, temperature etc. Practice has proved that reconstruction remarkable improved the qualities of the make-up water, supply water, condense water and steam, and the reliability, economy of the system's operation. Obtained the economic effect of economizing 1,170,000 yuan and guaranteed the social benefit of generator, supplying heat.
